This includes establishing global leadership in carbon neutrality research by 2030.
The institute focuses on addressing national needs, including the development of climate governance policy systems, carbon reduction, pollution control, energy transformation, and industrial structural changes. It gathers top-tier talent to tackle the scientific, technical, policy, and governance challenges associated with carbon neutrality. The institute works across several research domains, including:
- Climate change and carbon cycle studies
- Carbon neutrality and environmental synergies
- Technologies for zero and negative emissions

- Climate legislation and global climate governance

1. Assistant Professor/Pre-Appointed Associate Professor/Tenured Associate Professor/Professor (Teaching and Research Series)

Qualifications:
