Introduction to the Department

Founded in April 2019, the Institute of Artificial Intelligence (AI) at Peking University serves as an independent entity directly under the university, playing a key role in coordinating the university's resources to establish a world-class discipline in artificial intelligence. Job Series: Teaching and Research Series

Job Responsibilities:

1. Conduct teaching and scientific research in artificial intelligence.
2. Supervise undergraduate, graduate, and postdoctoral students in AI-related research projects.

Qualifications:

1. A Ph.D. degree in artificial intelligence, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
2. Assistant Professor applicants should generally be not more than 35 years old, with postdoctoral or overseas work and study experience. Outstanding scientific research achievements and teaching experience are preferred.
3. Tenured Associate Professor applicants should generally be not more than 40 years old, with a demonstrated record of high-level research achievements in AI.
4. Professor applicants should generally be not more than 50 years old, holding a full professorship or equivalent position at renowned institutions or enterprises with world-class research achievements in AI.

Job Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

3. Associate Researchers should generally be not more than 40 years old.
4. Researchers should generally be not more than 50 years old.
5. Applicants should have experience leading or participating in significant research or development projects in AI, with recognized research outcomes.
