Wenzhou-Kean University (WKU), located inWenzhou, China, one of three Sino-American universities along with NYU Shanghai and Duke Kunshan University, is approved by the Ministry ofEducation of China. Launched in 2012, WKU offers a unique model of higher education in partnership with Kean University, a comprehensive,public university in the state of New Jersey that is accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education. The College of Businessand Public Management is an AACSB-accredited business school. Wenzhou is one of the most vibrant and economically advanced developed citieson China's East Coast, located one hour by plane and three hours by high-speed train from Shanghai.

WKU sits on approximately 500beautiful acres and currently enrolls about 5,100 undergraduate students, and it is now in the midst of a rapid growth that will bringenrollment to 7,000 students within the next three years. All instruction is in English and all curriculum is provided by Kean University.

In addition to its current 18 undergraduate programs, WKU has been approved by the Ministry of Education for offering 8 Master's and3 doctorate programs. Position information:

We invite research-oriented applicants for a full-time, 10-month, tenure track position at the rank of Assistant or AssociateProfessor in Management to begin in Spring 2025 (February 11) or Fall 2025 (August 16). Research-orientedapplicants with demonstrated high quality teaching are encouraged to apply.

The successful candidate will be able to teachManagement related courses, as well as participate in the full range of faculty responsibilities, including advising, scholarly research andservice to the University. Applicants should possess an earned doctorate in Management - preferred in the fields of MIS, Business Analytics,Operations, or Supply Chain from a Carnegie R1/AACSB/EQUIS accredited program, or anticipate completion by the contract start date. Theposition may be hired at the lecturer level, if the terminal degree is not earned by the starting date, or for other reasons. Applicants forthe position of Associate Professor are expected to demonstrate a strong track record of research, outstanding teaching accomplishments, andleadership in their field. Fluency in written and spoken English is required. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to teachundergraduate and postgraduate-level business courses in English.

Qualifications:
