Position Overview

The university is seeking qualified Native English Teachers to join its teaching team. Successful candidates will be responsible for delivering English language courses and supporting students’ development of academic and practical English skills.

Position Details and Requirements

• Position: Native English Teacher
• Start Date: February 2027
• Contract Duration: One academic year (two semesters)
• Teaching Load: 8–16 teaching hours per week per semester
• Salary: Negotiable based on qualifications and experience

Qualifications and Requirements

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• Be a native English speaker;
• Be between 25 and 55 years old;
• Hold a bachelor’s degree or above;
• Candidates with a background in liberal arts, humanities, education, linguistics, literature, or related fields are preferred;
• Have at least two years of relevant teaching or professional experience;
• Demonstrate strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to work effectively in a university environment.

Teaching Responsibilities

The successful candidate will teach courses including, but not limited to:

• English writing;
• English reading;
• Oral English;
• Introduction to English-speaking countries and cultures;
• Other related English language courses as assigned by the university.
