Healthcare- Research Director

Location：Shanghai

Employment Type：Full-time

Job purpose:

This position is fully responsible for client projects to ensure all activities of projects are completed and presented, by maintaining and enhancing client relationships, contributes to business development.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Be an ambassador of the Ipsos brand, displaying appropriate leadership behaviors, knowledge, and research expertise including a strong developing Point of View.
With the senior leadership team, deliver the team’s financial and people performance e.g. Profit & Loss responsibility for projects and talent retention & development.
Developing/Strengthening new/existing client relationships especially for clients one is responsible for, or is actively involved in.
Demonstrates Client First by being proactive to initiate and drive collaboration across business units to answer client’s business issue.
Keep abreast of important current and future trends of the industry, clients and competition and in sharing such intelligence with the Ipsos leadership team.

Qualifications:

At least 10 years of strong market research and consulting experience and good application of knowledge
Ideally have experience in Pharma/medical device and technologies, although not essential
Solid experience in questionnaire design, table specifications and project management
Understand and use statistical analysis
Selling of research projects and capabilities
