Remuneration and Benefits

1. Position: Shuimu Scholar;
2. Remuneration: annual salary of RMB 300,000 plus state housing subsidy of
3. RMB 12,000 per year;
4. Housing: housing assistance will be provided in the form of offering temporary apartments;
5. Children’s schooling: children of pre-school and compulsory education age can be arranged to attend the kindergartens and schools affiliated to Tsinghua University.
6. Training system: support 2-6 years, relying on top teachers and high-level scientific research platform to provide optimal support for scientific research; Towards tens of thousands of students and thousands of Chinese and English courses in the university, we will plan the faculty position guidance and the teaching practice for first-class universities.
