Wenzhou Business College is a top ranked private university approved by the Ministry of Education in China. With over 20,000 students and1,000 faculty members, the College invites applications for 10-year full-time tenure track positions at all ranks in International Businessto begin in Fall 2025. The successful candidate will be able to teach IB and strategy related courses, as well as participate in the fullrange of faculty responsibilities, including scholarly research and service to the University. Applicants should possess a PhD degree in arelated discipline relevant to International Business - such as management, marketing, finance, business strategy - from an AACSB or EQUISaccredited program, or anticipate completion by May 2025. 

Ideally candidates should have a track record in refereedpublications or strong potential to advance research. The academic rank and the competitive compensation and benefits package ‚Äìincluding free housing, health insurance, schooling, 10% retirement contribution, home leave allowance and more ‚Äì will be commensuratewith qualifications and relevant experience. High research candidates with established publication record may be considered for a specialresearch track, generous research funding, up to RMB 900,000 (about USD $140K) in tax-FREE salary (pending nationality), and additionalallowance besides standard benefit package, e.g. extra RMB one million in housing subsidy.
