Lecturer in ESL

Location: Wenzhou Business College, Wenzhou, China

Job Summary:
Wenzhou Business College, a top-ranked private university approved by the Ministry of Education in China, is currently seeking applications for 10-year full-time tenure track Lecturer positions in ESL (English as a Second Language) education. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team of over 1,200 faculty members, serving a student body of more than 21,000. The positions are set to begin in Fall 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach ESL courses at undergraduate and/or graduate levels.
• Develop curriculum and educational materials aligned with the latest educational standards.
• Engage in research and scholarly activities within the field of ESL education.
• Participate in faculty meetings, academic committees, and community events.
• Contribute to the ongoing academic development of the university.

Qualifications:

• A Master's or PhD degree in a related field.
• Proven experience in ESL teaching and academic leadership.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt to a diverse and multicultural academic environment.
