Wenzhou Business College is a top ranked private university approved by the Ministry of Education in China. With over 20, 000 studentsand 1,000 faculty members, the College invites applications for 10-year full-time tenure track positions at all ranks in English with aspecialty in Applied Linguistics/TESOL to begin in Fall 2025. Applicants should possess a PhD degree in a related discipline, with strongskills in second language acquisition, cross-cultural communication, language testing and assessment.

Ideally candidates should havea track record in refereed publications, seasoned experiences, or strong potential to advance research. The academic rank and thecompetitive compensation and benefits package – including free housing, health insurance, schooling, 10% retirement contribution, homeleave allowance and more – will be commensurate with qualifications and relevant experience. High research candidates with establishedpublication record may be considered for a special research track, generous research funding, up to RMB 900,000 (about USD $140K) intax-FREE salary (pending nationality), and additional allowance besides standard benefit package, e.g. extra RMB one million in housingsubsidy.
