Wenzhou Business College is a top ranked private university approved by the Ministry of Education in China. With over 20,000 students and1,000 faculty members, the College invites applications for 10-year full-time tenure track positions at all ranks in Management to begin inFall 2025. The successful candidate will be able to teach Management, IB and strategy related courses, as well as participate in the fullrange of faculty responsibilities, including scholarly research and service to the University. Applicants should possess a PhD degree in arelated discipline relevant to Management - such as IB, marketing, finance, business strategy - from an AACSB or EQUIS accredited program,or anticipate completion by May 2025. Applicants with terminal related Social Science degrees from top schools are also strongly encouragedto apply.

Ideally candidates should have a track record in refereed publications and strong potential to advance research further.The academic rank and the competitive compensation and benefits package – including free housing, health insurance, schooling, 10%retirement contribution, home leave allowance and more – will be commensurate with qualifications and relevant experience. Highresearch candidates with established publication record may be considered for a special research track, generous research funding, up to RMB900,000 (about USD $140K) in tax-FREE salary (pending nationality), and additional allowance besides standard benefit package, e.g. extraRMB one million in housing subsidy.
