Position Overview 

Shenzhen Technology University (SZTU) invites applications for a faculty position in the Business School. We are seeking highly qualified candidates with expertise in economics and management to contribute to teaching, research, and the development of the school.

Qualifications & Requirements 

• Ph.D. degree in a relevant field.
• High level of English proficiency to teach full English-taught courses.
• Passion for education and commitment to teaching, research, and service.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners.
• Preferred: International educational background and/or work experience outside academia.
• Preferred: Immediate availability.

The faculty comprises over 40 members, 90% with overseas experience, one-third from top 100 global universities, and extensive industry and government experience internationally.
