Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality undergraduate and/or postgraduate teaching using up-to-date, practice-oriented approaches.
• Design and supervise industry-linked projects and experiential learning activities.
• Conduct applied research and publish findings that inform practice and policy.
• Participate actively in curriculum development, student supervision, and quality assurance activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues across disciplines and with external partners to advance the School’s objectives.
• Complete other duties assigned by the School with professionalism and timely execution.

Qualifications

• PhD in a relevant discipline.
• Excellent command of English sufficient to teach full English-medium courses.
• Demonstrated commitment to high-quality teaching, productive research, and service to the school, university, and society.
• Strong teamwork skills and willingness to collaborate with faculty, staff, and industry partners.
• International experience in work or study is essential.
• Experience working in industry, public institutions, or professional organisations is preferred.
• Enthusiasm for applied education, open-mindedness, and a readiness to engage in university–enterprise partnerships.

Salary & Benefits

• Competitive annual salary — approx. RMB 370,000 (Assistant Professor), RMB 460,000 (Associate Professor), RMB 540,000 (Professor).
• Outstanding candidates may be admitted to the “Runyuan Outstanding Talents” Program with additional remuneration.
