Assistant/Associate/Full Professor/Academic Leader in Finance and Accounting

Responsibilities

Utilize expertise in economics and management to conduct teaching and high-level research, including but not limited to the following fields: Digital Marketing, Finance and Accounting, Human Resource Management, and Digital Economics/Econometrics.

Demonstrate strong execution and actively participate in and contribute to various initiatives for the development of the School.

Requirements

• Passion for education, an open-minded personality, and willingness to collaborate with companies and engage in applied research.
• Ph.D. degree.
• High level of English proficiency to undertake full English-taught course(s).
• Strong commitment to effective teaching, productive research, and quality service to the School, the University, and society.
• Ability to work collaboratively and willingness to work with colleagues to fulfill School duties.
• Working experience in companies, institutions, or organizations outside the campus is preferred.
• International educational background and/or work experience is preferred.
• Immediate availability is preferred.

About the SZTU Business School

The Business School of Shenzhen Technology University (SZTU), established in June 2018, is a high-level, research-oriented, and application-driven business school rooted in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, with national reach and international benchmarks. The School currently has over 1,000 students, including international students, and adopts a small-class, all-English teaching model. It offers three undergraduate programs—International Business, Marketing, and Financial Management—as well as a joint MBA program. In November 2023, the School was officially approved to enter the AACSB international accreditation process.

The School has more than 40 faculty members, nearly 40% of whom are international. All faculty hold doctoral degrees, over 90% have overseas study or work experience, and one-third graduated from the world’s top 100 universities. Most faculty members have worked in international companies and government agencies, bringing rich global perspectives and practical experience to teaching and research.
