Position Overview
The Career Programs Intern will support student-facing services and logistical operations within the Career Services Office. This role is critical to ensuring smooth coordination of student worker management, workshop & event logistics, and field trips. The intern will work closely with the career team to enhance administrative efficiency and student engagement, gaining hands-on experience in project coordination, data collection/analysis and office operations.

Essential Duties
1.Student Worker Management:
- Review and approve student worker agreements, hour submissions, and requests under supervisor guidance.
- Post student worker job openings by extracting key details from job descriptions and updating databases/platforms.
2.Event & Visitor Logistics:
- Coordinate campus visits (guest access, tours) and assist with event setup (room/IT bookings, registration, photography).
3.Field Trip Coordination:
- Organize logistics, manage participant lists, draft post-trip reports, and handle photo/video documentation.
4.Administrative Support:
- Process internship certificates, maintain student lists, and assist with data entry tasks.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Currently registered students, or recent graduates holding admissions offer.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Basic project management skills; proficiency in Excel/Spreadsheets.
- Comfortable with administrative tasks and interacting with students.
